Great Connection AB (the Swedish Inc) was founded in Sweden in late December 2007.

Our first service, Mobile Baby, was born in the parentship of Great Connection and Scandinavia’s biggest private maternity clinic, the Mamamia Clinic. During a meeting one of the management team members at Mamamia asked Great Connection's CTO why you cannot have an ultrasound image in a mobile phone and offer that to the patients. Our CTO was challenged to the task and our COO, Johanna, made a very brave decision to focus 100% on the pregnancy of our new baby. The embryo of the first patient funded mobile health service was conceived.

After approximately nine months tough pregnancy, Mobile Baby saw the light of day and was launched in May 2009. It has been a consumer and media darling ever since. 

Great Connection's first service Mobile Baby, was the trigger for the company’s core platform, Curie Cloud. Mobile Baby is now launched on four market and is a showcase of how Great Connections state of the art technology platform can be used.

Great Connection's three founders have an extensive background in media, telecommunications, marketing and PR and management consultancy. The founders have proven track records as senior business leaders, board position holders and entrepreneurs.
